NordicTrack Commercial 1750 Treadmill
The Nordic Track Commercial 1750 treadmill is one of Nordic Track’s Commercial series – built tobe tougher with a higher grade of construction than their starter models.
One of the best things about this treadmill? A built-in web browser. So you can read emails or catch up on the latest news, all while you workout.
The 1750 also adds in a 3% decline (as well as 15% incline) -which can help you crosstrain and work different muscles.
And it comes with iFit LIVE built-in so you can download new workouts to your machine from the Internet.

1) Built In Web Browser
The Commercial 1750 comes with an Android-powered built-in web browser. This uses the wireless internet in your home to go online. You can read emails, watch your favorite TV shows, catch up on the business news or even login to Facebook. This alone will make your workouts a lot more enjoyable and productive.
2) iFit Live Built In
You can get iFit LIVE already built in with this treadmill (you don’t need to buy the the extra iFit LIVE module as you do with their starter models). This makes it easier to set-up and get started online.
With iFit LIVE you can get workouts powered by Googlemaps that simulate trails all over the world. You can also map out your own trails that you want to run or choose from an online library of “famous” trails to cover like the Grand Canyon or Diamond Head.
You can also download new workouts where Jillian Michaels coaches you through the routine. You can also track your workout stats online and track your progress over time to reach new fitness goals.
(You can watch a video demo of how it works at the product page here.)
3) 3% Decline
In addition to up to 15% incline, you also have the option to decline with this treadmill, which is something you don’t find on most machines.
This can give you a better crosstraining workout, more variety and also lends a more realistic feel to when you’re walking a trail using the iFit LIVE (for example, the treadmill declines when the actual trail would decline and inclines when the actual trail inclines – very cool).
4) Full Color Touch-Screen Display
The 7″ touch-screen display makes it easy to read your stats like speed, pace, distance, time, calories burned, pulse and incline. You can choose your workout options with the swipe of a finger and it’s very easy to figure out how to get started.
Plus the full-color display is really neat when you’re using the iFit LIVE to run different trails as it shows you the terrain in full color.
5) Stronger Construction For Added Stability
The Commercial 1750 is built to a higher construction standard with more substance to it than starter Nordic Track models. They use large precision-machines 3″ rollers, which can stand up longer under more stress.
The 375 lb weight capacity, high powered 3.5 HP motor and heavier unit weight also help to contribute to a sturdier, more stable feel – great for runners or those who like to power walk.
6) Workout Fan That Adjusts To Your Speed
The large 8″ console workout fan actually can adjust to your workout speed. You can also choose to set it on a specific setting like low medium or high.
7) iPod Port With Built-In Speakers
You can plug your iPod or MP3 player into the built-in audio jack and listen to your favorite music while you workout. While this is becoming a fairly standard feature in higher end treadmills, it’s still nice to have and can make your workouts a lot more enjoyable.
8) 30 Built In Workouts
In addition to iFit LIVE workouts, you also get a total of 36 built-in workouts with the Commercial 1750. These workouts target incline, speed, intensity or calorie goals and adjust the treadmill throughout your workout to meet that goal
There’s also a Set-A-Goal center where you can choose your desired time, calorie and distance preferences for the workout. So if you like to design your own workout programs, this is a nice feature to have.
If you don’t have Wireless Internet in your house you won’t get as much use out of the iFit Live capability or web browser.
