Dear Webmaster:
There have been several 'Treadmill Review' websites - one in particular (you know who you are) - that have used copyrighted material from this website on their own website.
This is called STEALING and it is AGAINST THE LAW
What you are doing is wrong and don't think that we don't know you're doing it. Just like you, we monitor other treadmill reviews and websites out there.
We know exactly what you've stolen, who you are, and who your web host is.
The entire content of this website is copyrighted and is protected by copyright law. No one has given any of you the permission to come to this website and steal Treadmill Review's copyrighted material or to violate our intellectual property.
If you don't know exactly what constitutes a violation of copyright here's some help:
This includes paraphrasing (which is the practice of changing a few words in a paragraph so that the words are not the same.) It is still plagiarism. Just because you change a few words does mean it's not stealing.
Copyright laws provide for penalties of up to $150,000 per infringement.
If you're here to steal copyrighted material, do yourself a favor and leave this website now.
If you have stolen any material from Treadmill Review.net, remove what you have stolen immediately to avoid further troubles.
As noted above, we DO know who you are and we will find out about any further copyright infringements. We will exercise our legal rights to get the material removed.
This means reporting the copyright violation to your Internet Service Provider (ISP) and/or Webhost.
Copyright violations are a direct violation of the Terms of Service of the majority of Webhosts.
Webhosts will remove a website if they are found to have violated copyright law, as per the Digital Millenium Copyright Act.
We realize that competition is a good thing - but STEALING is not.
So do your own work - write your own articles and reviews. Don't break the law. It's not worth it just to make a fast buck.
Sincerely,
The Fitness Team from Treadmill Review.net
