If you're 200+ pounds or plan on using your treadmill to run, this is NOT your treadmill. Protect your joints and back by investing a little more in a solid, stable treadmill with quality cushioning and high-power motor.
This is not exactly a compact treadmill. The footprint measures 71.5" x 36.5". However it does fold up so you can save some space. It's also fairly heavy and difficult to move - although wheels on the bottom do help.
As with many economy treadmills, there is no warranty (or 90 days depending on the store). If you want extra coverage, you have to pay for it. It's up to you but it might be worth thinking about to protect your investment.
