12 MPH Speed Limit - It's rare to have a speed limit this high for a Proform unit - so rare we thought it was worth mentioning. Many treadmills at this price point only give you up to 10 MPH. People who want to really push themselves will appreciate this feature.

While there are some great features on the Proform 7.5 treadmill, this is still an economy treadmill so it's not going to give you the construction found on a commercial machine.
Overall Conclusion:
The Proform 7.5 Distance Trainer Treadmill is an improvement over older Proform models. The Fitness Tracker with fitness journal it allows you to track your progress - which can be very encouraging when you see how far you've come.
Plus you also get a higher 12 MPH speed limit, iPod/Mp3 hookup with speakers, customizable and distance training workouts.
However it's still not recommended for running or heavier usage. Overall though, if you can get it at the sale price above, it's a great little bargain if you're on a budget.
