1) Affordable - Coming in under $600 (although you'll probably pay more for it in a store), the Horizon T91 treadmills is very affordable for budget buyers.

2) Bright Backlit Console With Fan- The T91 console is attractive, sleek and easy to ready. You get an orange backlit LCD window - which makes it easy to read your workout stats, even if lighting in your workout area is limited. The console also has a built-in fan to help keep you cool during your workout.
3) Lifetime Warranty On Motor - The frame and motor are covered for a lifetime on this treadmill (with 1 year on parts and labor). At this price point, this warranty is excellent and much longer than many other budget treadmills.
4) 9 Built In Workout Programs - This includes 3 goal-based programs (time, distance, calories) combined with 3 terrain-based programs (manual, hills, intervals).
5) Heart Rate Monitor - You can stay in your target heart rate zone with the hand-grip heart rate monitor. Although pretty standard to have on a treadmill, it's still nice to find here.
Weaknesses:
